Has the need for powerful desktops / laptops evaporated?

Are we giving our power away?

Is there any need for heavy processing power on a desktop? Other than perhaps CAD Software?

I'll bet SketchUp soon takes over AutoCAD. I wonder whether Google Draw will ever replace CAD systems.

SECURITY: Video cameras / Footage recording - can one stream video footage to Google Drive?
